1 带着问题读文章
“看问题-读文章-解问题”其优点在于:阅读有的放矢, 针对性强。在考试中, 同学们承受着时间和心理的压力, 如按部就班地解题, 则无目的性与针对性, 既浪费时间, 事倍功半。
2 正确的阅读习惯
不良的阅读习惯会影响阅读的效果且浪费时间。不良的阅读习惯表现为:低声朗读, 指读, 回读, 边读边摆头。同学们应采取的正确的方法是“视读”, 即用视线随字默读。其速度较快, 注意力也比较集中。
3 重视首尾段和首尾句
可以从文章的首段和首句中捕捉到文章的大意和体裁等信息, 而文章的尾段和末句往往是文章段落的灵魂。首段简要地提出文章的主旨或点明人物、时间、地点、文化背景等, 尾段常常是主题的概括或归纳。如对首尾段和首尾句加以整理, 会很快悟出文章的主题、中心思想。
4 要善于抓关键词句
阅读时认准和善于抓住关键词句, 比如数字、时间、地点、中心人物等, 特别是一些重要的关联词, 如;because, but等。对文中的关键词句, 要先理解其基本意思, 后要理解它们在文中的具体意思, 并要根据上下文来推敲其深层次的意思。
5 注意对生词的理解
碰到生词, 不要急和怕。第一, 掌握构词法, 根据构词法来分析、理解, 如前缀un-具有否定的意义, 后缀可以转换词性;第二, 可以根据上下文的线索来分析、理解、推测;第三, 对人名、地名可以不求甚解, 它们不会影响对文章的理解。
6 依次解题, 看完答案
一般文章后的问题的设计是与文章故事情节的发展相对应的, 因而要依次解答, 不要随心所欲地选题并解答。对的确难以解答的题目可以随后处理。有时在做到后面的题目时, 前面较难的题目会突然迎刃而解。
7 重阅全文, 核对答案
整篇阅读理解具有连贯性和整体性, 而且文后的问题及答案也具有这两方面的特点。所以应从全局上、整体上去理解、思考、把握文章的主旨, 切勿把每个题目从整体中孤立出来思考。
