国外客户如何报价(实用技巧篇)

国外客户如何报价,一直是困扰外贸业务员的问题。报价太高,容易吓跑国外客户,报价太低,国外客户一看就知道你不专业.那如何与国外客户报价呢?报价应该注意哪些问题?以下将从与奥道中国服务过的企业案例入手分析:

对不同的国外客户要采取不同的报价方式,首先你要对国外客户有个初步的判断如果是欧美客户,那你可以报高一点的价格,比如至少高出20个点来报价,因为欧美客人最看重的是质量,质量你东西做好了,即使价格好点也没关系但是你也不能加太高,这样到时候客人如果要还价,你前后价格相差太多,客人也会怀疑你的诚信问题如果你对欧美客户一开始就报比较低的价格,他们说不定还怀疑产品的质量问题,也不可取。如果是东南亚,中南美,中东以及非洲那绝对是要以价格取胜,一般第一轮报个比较适中的价格,比如加10个点的利润报出去至于国内的外贸公司,一般也可以适当报高一点的价格,因为我们宁愿直接跟老外做生意也最好少通过国内外贸公司,价格压的低不说,还喜欢拖货款不过也要看的,此外还有一类客人比较无聊,一上来就让你把所有产品的报价清单发给他,他们多半是骗子和做市场调查的,但是其中也有少部分确实是买家,所以对待这种客人的方法是:首先要感谢他的询价,接着跟他说公司产品太多,无法将全部产品的报价单发给他,让他们先登陆本公司的网站查看具体的产品,然后将感兴趣的产品编号发给你,你再对他们报价你这样回复他们,有一些不理你的那肯定就是骗子了,继续让你报具体产品价格的有些就是潜在国外客户。

另外,在不同的场合报价也有所不同比如你在参展期间的报价总体都不要过高,特别像广交会和国内一些专业展,在你的摊位周围肯定云集了你这个行业的其他竞争者,很多客人都会货比三家,你这个时候如果还是报高价的话,那客人可能都被你吓跑了

最后来说如何做报价单,报价一定要完整,不能只是报一个单价给客人一份专业的报价单最好用EXCEL格式来做,一定要包括公司抬头,产品名称,产品图片,产品编号,尺寸,价格,毛/净重,外箱尺寸,装箱数量,20尺柜装箱量(不要告诉我你不知道怎么算),最小起订量,交期,报价有效期等注意字体也不要用中文格式的字体,另外产品图片的大小不要太大,一般整个报价单的大小最好控制在1.5M以内这样一来, 报价单就非常专业了,国外客户也会比较满意,对你们公司的专业性有了进一步认同,离接到订单又进了一步.在对国外客户报价前,一定要尽量让他了解你的公司实力和业务运作模式。只有对你和你公司具有充分的信心时,国外客户才有可能考虑你的交易条件,这一点很多没有经验的出口商常常忽略。虽然目前很多外商到处比价询盘,但良好的公司的形象和口碑能够帮助你吸引和留住国外客户。可以说,良好的公司形象就是招来国外客户的金字招牌、合理的报价技巧,就是一把利刃剑。
