论文题目：合作原则指导下的国际商务英语口译
摘要：中国加入世界贸易组织之后,中国企业与其他国家之间的商贸往来日益频繁,商务谈判在贸易实务中占据了非常重要的地位。商务谈判在本质上是一种运用语言进行的经济活动,所以商务谈判的成功与否在一定程度上依赖于语言的运用。合作原则作为一个重要的会话原则,在商务谈判中也发挥着重要作用。格莱斯的合作原则提出,为了保证会话的顺利进行,会话双方必须遵守一些基本规则,也就是合作原则及其四准则。这四条准则包括量准则、质准则、关系准则和方式准则。然而在实际谈判的过程中,为确保会话的顺利进行,促成谈判目的,谈判双方有时也会违反合作原则。本报告是基于笔者在宁夏小巨人机床公司实习期间所参与的一场国际商务谈判口译。文章以商务谈判口译为研究对象,以合作原则为理论指导,选取与机床产品相关的定价洽谈部分的录音进行了分析和译后反思。笔者试着探索合作原则的四条准则在国际商务谈判口译中的应用,进一步探求口译员应如何具体运用合作原则及其四条准则以及相应的翻译方法和技巧,来调整自己的口译行为,以达到促成商务谈判顺利进行的目的。
