2、请求信 Letter of Request 请求信是对收信人提出请求，并希望对方满足该要求。写请求信的重点是要写清楚为什么要请求他人做某事，请求他人做某事的原因。

背诵输入的理论基础是Krashen（1982）提出的第二语言习得理论。Krashen认为，语言习得是通过语言输入来完成的，教学的重点应放在为学生提供最佳的语言输入上。最佳语言输入应该是：①可理解的；②密切相关的；③不以语法为纲的；④大量的。而语言习得是以可理解的语言输入为前提。背诵输入符合Krashen的语言输入原理，通过背诵输入，学生不但可以接触大量的目标语，加深理解和积累语言知识，而且能用地道的英语表达自己的思想，摆脱母语的负面影响，最终提高写作交际能力（邓郦鸣，2001）。
