小学语文教师要给小学生的习作很合理、有效地指导性、激励性评语, 就需要教师作文水平高, 鉴赏能力精准, 综合文字功能强。这不是一天二天的功底, 需要小学语文教师不断加强提升自我作文素养, 促进批改评语能力的提高。

一般情况下, 我们通过小学作文的批改评语就能看出一位语文老师的写作水平如何。道理很简单, 因为写批语的过程是语文老师开动脑筋, 运用自己的各种知识储备和语文技能技巧在很短的时间内对学生的作文进行综合分析、评价和指导的过程。在这一过程中, 教师的综合语文修养要经过一次全面的考验。事实证明, 水平高、修养好的语文老师, 写批语时一语中的、切中要害, 能准确地指出学生作文的优缺点, 并且有效的引导学生向前发展; 语文水平低的教师, 写批语的时候, 往往找不出学生作文主要症结, 眉毛胡子一把抓, 常写一些就事论事、不切合实际的、无一定深度的评语和分析, 这不仅于学生无补, 甚至误导学生。正是从这个意义上讲, 笔者建议语文教师应该注重自己语文素养的提高, 提高批改评语能力, 这才是指导学生提高作文能力的有效前提。

二、重视批改评语, 有效指导学生写作

语文教师在指导学生作文时, 要重视作文评语的写作, 应好好动动脑筋, 对学生的评语应好好措辞, 反复琢磨, 最后下笔字字重千斤———下笔定乾坤, 让生颇受益。不可马虎大意, 随手写一段无关痛痒的话语, 不对学生产生任何影响或指导意义———部分教师的作文评语还存在着笼统, 空话多, 缺少详细的评语, 不掌握批改方法等问题, 应引起语文教师的重视。笔者认为, 教师的作文评语能点燃学生的写作热情, 甚至可以改变学生的品质。好的评语, 所起到的激励作用, 其意义已超出了评语本身。因此, 语文老师一定要重视作文教学, 适当的写写下水作文, 对学生的评语要认真写, 并要指导学生会写评语。

针对学生写的作文, 笔者都认真批改评语, 让学生通过评语明确自己的写作水平不足之处, 进一步掌握写作技巧, 并且让学生有收获。自己的文章得到教师认可的愉悦, 还通过评语获得一种激励的写作力量, 不断地修正、提高自己的写作水平。个别优秀作文, 我“悄悄”地替学生投稿发表, 当学生看到自己的文章变成铅字时, 那种自信与自豪, 同学们那种羡慕的目光和不服输的神情, 激励学生相互竞争比拼, 促进学生写作能力潜移默化的不断提高。

三、指导生生互评, 提高作文奖赏水平

作文批改评语不是教师的专利, 在课堂上笔者经常组织学生读范文, 全班学生针对这种文章批改, 进行评语。这种范文可以是优秀的作者名作, 也可以是学生写优秀小文, 也可以是一篇所谓的“差”文、“病”文, 或是根本不成文章的一段文字等。通过这种生生互“评”, 可有效提高学生的作文鉴赏水平, 通过这样的“自我”批改评语, 学生进一步掌握了写作技巧, 明确了写作要求, 自然写作能力得到了提升, 再写类似这样体裁、形式、内容的作文时, 就下笔如有神了。

作文教学中体现学生自主性, 引导学生把作文的感受转变成适当的评语, 再进一步内化成鉴赏能力, 让学生学会“批改”评价自己的写作水平, 实现自我语语, 自我修改、自我提高, 这就达到“我能写、我会写”的作文境界, 这也是语文教师所要努力达到的最终教学效果。

四、掌握批语技巧, 提升学生写作能力

小学语文教师只有掌握更多的批语技巧, 才能写出文辞优美的作文评语, 提升学生写作能力。

1. 批语要真情实意, 让学生易于接受

教师应以正确的态度, 把恳切的感情嵌入学生的作文中, 以自己的真心感化学生, 让学生领会教师的关怀, 用心评改, 以平和的语气与学生交流, 让学生真心接受你的批改建议, 按照写作要求进行修改, 进一步提升写作能力。

2. 批语要针对性强, 切忌言之无物

有一些教师在批语中往往写一些类似于“主题明确、结构合理、语句不流畅”的话语, 其实对于这样的笼统性批语, 学生根本无法理解, 得到有效指导信息。一句话, 批语书写要严谨、具体、公正、规范, 能对学生起潜移默化的引导效果和行之有效的指导作用。

3. 批语要激励学生, 增强写作信心

笔者认为, 无论表扬还是批评, 都应从爱护学生的角度出发, 实事求是, 不要随意地褒, 也不要无原则的贬。要多激励学生, 不伤害学生的自尊心, 增强写作信心, 敢于写、精于写。

4. 批语简单明了, 指导性强

批语文字要求简明扼要、有文采, 书写工整、美观。文质兼美的批语, 会对学生的写作起到良好促进作用。书写的工整要为学生做出榜样, 不能有错别字, 试想老师所批文字字迹潦草, 字欠美观, 又怎能要求学生作文时字迹工整呢? 总之, 语文教师只要注意语文素养的提高, 掌握一定的方法、技巧, 就能给文章写出指导性强的批语, 使学生既乐看, 又得益。

5. 有针对性详批, 全面指导写作

对于学生的习作, 有时间的条件下尽可能详批, 一个词语、一段话乃至篇章布局、主题思想等, 这样让学生对整篇文章有个整体性的认识, 针对这篇习作的字、词、句、段、篇, 都明确写作技巧, 进一步巩固正确的写作方法, 提高习作水平。当然, 这种详批是需要时间和精力的, 也可能就针对几篇典型的问题文章或优秀文章进行详批, 然后在全班上进行展示, 或褒奖或指导, 让所有学生通过对比、反思、总结, 进一步理清写作思路, 掌握写作技巧, 独立修改文章, 完成一篇高质量的习作。

6. 结合学生自评, 进一步完善评语

有时, 语文教师不能理解学生习作的背景和真实构思, 可能给出的评语不“恰当”, 这时, 可组织学生自评等形式, 给学生一个充分表达的空间, 让教师更多地了解学生当时的写作状态, 从而进一步完善批改评语, 更有针对性地指导作文教学。

综上所述, 小学语文教师要善于把握批改评语这道指导学生写作的关口, 以积极态度和热情投入到作文评语中, 扎实落实好作文教学这一环节, 使学生赢得作文水平与人生修养的双提高。
