1 地被植物的功能、特征及地位

1.1 地被植物的概念

地被植物是指可以将裸露地表覆盖住的植物, 具有一定观赏价值, 生长低矮, 茎叶密布, 或具有蔓性特征, 常应用于阴湿林下、道路两侧、建筑物前、林间隙地等各种环境。

1.2 地被植物的多种特殊功能

1.2.1 在建筑工程上的功能。

地被能有效覆盖裸露的土地, 防止土壤被冲刷流失, 减少风蚀和水蚀, 减少尘土飞扬以净化空气;能有效减少地面的声波传送和光反射, 以降低噪音污染和光污染。在空间上, 地被能连结、组合、界定空间, 引导路径。

1.2.2 在气候上的功能。

因地被紧贴地面, 枝叶密集覆满地表, 高度大多在几十厘米, 所以能有效减少地面层热气的传送和地面辐射热的反散, 有利于改善局部小气候。

在大力倡导节约型绿地养护的今天, 养护成本是绿地规划建设必须考虑的因素之一。地被易于繁殖, 较之单一的大面积草坪, 病虫害少, 不易滋生杂草, 修剪养管简单节约, 是经济型的优选种类。

1.4 地被植物的现状以及发展前景

随着对环境的认识逐渐深入细致, 园林工作者开始从生态、景观、经济、社会等诸多因素综合考虑, 能够较大范围地重视和应用地被植物。尤其是近几年来, 无论是新建还是改造绿地, 地被应用日益广泛, 从早期的单一品种向品种多样、颜色形态各异、花开不断、季相多变等转化。如早期的红花继木、金叶女贞、麦冬、葱兰、十大功劳等常规品种到现在的扶芳藤、花叶薄荷、过路黄、连线草等新品种被广泛应用。地被植物的占有比例在增加, 发展前景无可限量。

2 地被植物的选择配置原则

地被植物在营造景观中的常见形式是花境, 以多年生植物为主组成带状或块状、表现群体的自然景观。配置时考虑前后层次、高低参差、疏密断续、季相交替等, 广泛运用于林下、水边、建筑、路边、草坪等地方。花境对植株的高矮要求不严, 只要在开花时无其他植物遮挡即可, 花期不求一致, 配置粗放, 只要花开成丛, 能反映色彩协调和季相变化。在应用上, 宿根球根花卉如玉簪、萱草、鸢尾等多为顶生, 在背景衬托下更能呈现花境特色。匍匐蔓性植物如扶芳藤、地瓜、花叶常春藤等可以全覆盖裸地。外围轮廓边缘线配置要求也不高。

3 地被植物配置实例

高桥公园结合近几年绿地调整改造, 根据现立地条件和原苗木配置, 陆续引进栽植了部分已推广的新品种 (表1) , 合理布局种植。

3.1 配置于道路两侧

园路是游人最贴近的环境, 为营造因时因地而变的各色景观, 在道路两侧种植与立地环境相适应、花色鲜艳、富于色相季相变化的地被, 如黄菖蒲、金焰绣线菊、吉祥草、扶芳藤、金边玉簪、亚菊等 (图1) 。

3.2 块状配置于大草坪里侧

草坪边缘种植地被, 既不影响游人对草坪的功能需求, 又可以增添草坪景观。选用品种有毛鹃、月季、金焰绣线菊、金叶亮绿忍冬、兰花三七、紫叶酢浆草、过路黄 (图2) 。

3.3 营造林缘线, 增加林下层次, 丰富林下景观

林下环境大多浓密、荫蔽、潮湿, 许多植物并不适应这种环境。在疏林下有选择地配置耐阴地被植物和藤本植物, 不仅能保持水土, 而且能增强林相层次, 拓宽景深, 体现群落分层结构和自然美。选用贴梗海棠、金焰绣线菊、金边黄杨、金叶亮绿忍冬、花叶薄荷、金叶过路黄、吉祥草 (图3) 。

3.4 动静结合, 衬托建筑

园林小品或建筑是静态体型, 而在建筑物前因地制宜配置一些有形、有色、有花的地被, 并且具有季相变化, 植物的动态和建筑的静态有机结合, 更能增添园林美景。如选用十大功劳、扶芳藤、兰花三七、鸢尾、紫叶酢浆草 (图4) 。

4 地被配置实例效果

引进的30余个地被品种, 显著改变了公园地被原先品种单调、形式单一的格局。大多数品种生长表现良好, 适应性强, 对立地要求不高。少数品种基本能表现固有性状, 但对某些环境表现欠佳, 在后期养护中需合理调整。也有个别品种在适合的生长季表现正常, 但不能安全越冬, 或因不耐湿、不耐阴等原因被逐步更换和调整 (表2) 。

富于色相、季相变化的地被配置于园路两侧, 使原本比较单调、空旷的园路增添不少亮点。植物层次上高低错落, 季相与色彩、形态变化颇有生机和活力, 为直路增添了几许活跃的气氛 (图5、图6) 。

在大草坪内侧区域运用花境的群落形式配置各种地被植物, 既增添了草坪景观, 又不影响游人对草坪的功能要求。在靠近里侧处种植地被月季、金焰绣线菊、毛鹃等相对较高品种, 而在前侧种植紫叶酢浆草、亚菊、金叶过路黄等低矮地被, 既有色叶品种, 又有开花品种;既考虑到了小范围内的高低错落, 又突出了季相变化 (图7、图8) 。

在疏林下配置耐阴地被植物和藤本植物, 不仅保持了水土, 而且增强了林相层次, 拓宽了景深, 体现出植物群落的分层结构和植物配置的自然美。在林缘配置不同高度的地被植物, 能使景观更趋自然。在林缘混合种植红花酢浆草、紫叶酢浆草、兰花三七、吉祥草、杜鹃等, 可形成层次丰富、色彩多样、季相明显的地被植物景观, 生机盎然, 既得自然之趣, 又添林内深度感 (图9) 。在长廊前配置高低错落的地被, 保持了部分原有品种, 又新增若干新品种, 使植物的动态变化和建筑的固化形态动静相宜, 互相衬托, 不喧宾夺主, 又协调统一 (图10) 。

5 地被植物配置建议

5.1 掌握适地适树原则, 忌盲目引进

要摸清立地条件, 如日照、温湿度等环境因子, 在利用地被植物造景过程中, 根据不同植物的生态习性、生长速度以及形成之后所产生的生态效应, 选择适宜的地被品种, 使得所运用的地被植物发挥其极致作用。尤其在斜坡上, 必须选择抓地力强的品种。一味盲目引进, 会造成资源浪费, 景观失调, 养护被动, 有悖于节约型园林绿化建设与养护的宗旨。

5.2 精细化养护措施要贯穿始终

地被造景多贴近游人, 要十分注重精耕细作, 勤修枯枝残花, 保持一贯优美姿色。地被多浅根性, 大风雨后要及时扶正整理。休眠期和花前花后要加强肥水, 保证花色、叶色等形态美观。

5.3 保持适当栽植密度, 防控好病虫害

地被生长迅速, 繁殖力强, 要适时抽稀调整。栽植于荫蔽环境下, 更要掌控栽植密度, 保证通透, 严密关注病虫害发生侵染, 以获得最佳展示效果。

人们在关注的同时，回忆一下，立即被印象中有关“国家公园”的名头给纠结住了：国家森林公园、国家地质公园、国家矿山公园、国家湿地公园、国家城市湿地公园、国家级自然保护区、国家级风景名胜区……“国家公园”到底有没有一个统一的理念和发展模式？这是令人们疑惑的最大问题。

按照西方各国通行的解释，国家公园是指国家为了保护一个或多个典型生态系统的完整性，为生态旅游、科学研究和环境教育提供场所而划定的需要特殊保护、管理和利用的自然区域。

中国第一个真正意义上的国家公园只有黑龙江汤旺河国家公园，这也是我国目前唯一一个国家公园。2008年10月14日，一条写着：“经过环境保护部和国家旅游局联合批准，我国第一个国家公园在黑龙江汤旺河正式挂牌成立”的批文使位于中国版图最北边的汤旺河一夜成名。“当时来的群众也很激动，自己的居住地成为了国家公园，他们很自豪，都跟着我一起喊。”那个刹那，汤旺河区区长刘学进一生难忘。

撇开当年的自豪，我们却很容易发现，在中国目前并没有一个统一的审批以及一副独立的关于管理国家公园的理念和模式，更没有相关的法律法规来制止或规范目前横行在地方和部门间的狭隘利益分争，那么我们所说的“国家公园”又从何来体现真正意义上的“国家公园”呢？也正因如此，许多地方都在争夺“第一国家公园”这块牌匾。

早在汤旺河之前，中国已经有不少以“国家公园”为名的景区，比如2007年成立的云南香格里拉的普达措国家公园，和后来的梅里雪山国家公园。但实际上，这两家公园都是当地政府成立的，并不是真正意义上的国家级公园。

不论是发达国家还是不发达地区，从美国黄石国家公园到坦桑尼亚塞伦盖蒂国家公园，其审批、经营和管理模式基本是一样的：由国会批准—全国统一的国家公园管理局管理，以捐款和拨款为主要财务来源，以环境和资源保护为主。从这一模式来说，保护环境、保护资源符合当今全球经济社会发展的总体要求，也符合我国正进行的生态文明建设的总体思路，但中国，并没有贯彻好这一个模式。
