For me, my ideal job position would be in arts management. Im quite interested in music but Id like to broaden my perspective a bit. I would like to work in a company concerning arts and having wide room for my development, i envision working in the city, but probably in a city that has lots of green and open spaces. I need to be able to reach the mountains in a couple of hours, so I think that the suburbs of Beijing are suitable. I would like to be professional at work. I believe my colleagues will be dedicated to their jobs and love the musical and artistic world.

Now I am a sophomore majoring in music. Ive received professional training of music, so I feel confident that after graduation I could manage and work with all of the different instrumental-ists and vocalists.

一、理想的课堂要有一段精心准备的导语

在语文教学艺术中，我认为导语设计艺术是课堂教学艺术的重要环节，是“开山的第一炮”，它能吸引学生，激发学生的学习兴趣，为学习新课打下良好的心理基础。

有位教师讲《祝福》时，如此导入：大雪漫天，狂风怒吼，爆竹声声。在现代文学人物画廊里，艰难地走出一位衣衫褴褛、面容憔悴、神色悲哀、白发蓬松、目光呆滞的四十岁上下的女人。那又瘦又长的左手提着一个装着破碗的竹篮，干枯的右手拄着一根下端开裂的长竹竿。她，就是祥林嫂——鲁迅著名小说《祝福》中的主人公，一个惨遭封建宗法思想和封建礼教迫害的旧中国农村劳动妇女的典型形象。今天我们就来学习鲁迅先生的《祝福》。教师通过焦點透视，用精炼的语言高度概括了小说中的主要人物——祥林嫂的形象。一下子把学生的情绪调动了起来。

“过河要搭桥，爬高要架低。”要上好一堂课，有一组精心设计的导语作铺垫作牵引是必要的。

二、理想的课堂要有一定的思考点

思考点，是一堂课灵魂的凝聚点，是一堂课的价值取向的定位，是对学生主体的思维的激活，它不仅能唤醒学习主体的心智，而且能开启学习主体的脑筋，在有限的时间里获得事半功倍的效果。

三、理想的课堂要有一定的自主学习的时间

在教育教学实践中，如果没有学生的主动而充分地参与，新的课程改革和素质教育就很难落实到位，也就很难推向深入。基于这种思考，课堂上，放心、放手，把课堂还给学生，给学生足够的探索空间，把学习、思维、创新的主权还给了学生，让学生真正成为学习的主人。学生从自主探究、同伴合作、自由汇报中真切地感受到了学习的快乐，课堂不再是教师死板的讲堂，而成为学生快乐的学堂。

四、理想的课堂要有一定的赞美

莎士比亚说：“赞美是照在人心灵上的阳光。”人人都渴望受到赞美，对于各个方面都还处于形成阶段的学生来说，这种渴望就更加的强烈。特别是后进生，他们就像在黑夜里摸黑走路的人，有火把才能找到前进的路。而这把火把就是我们语文老师的赏识和鼓励。

对于我们而言，语文课堂也是让我们不断提高素质的地方，更是让我们收获真情的地方，师生坦诚相对，这份与名利无关的感情弥足珍贵，当繁华落尽，回忆师生情谊，那份人生的财富又有多少人能够拥有呢？

五、理想的课堂，语文教师要有一定的人生境界

王国维有治学三境界：“昨夜西风凋碧树，独上高楼，望尽天涯路”；“衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴”；“众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处”。（在第一境后有人添加了“上穷碧落下黄泉，两处茫茫皆不见”）这种形容，话中见精神，他写出我们的辛苦求索。我深深地反思：长期以来，为了功利的高考，只领略到语文的苦辛，没有发现语文的美与幸福。

在教学上不断注入活水，就会发现语文教学是常教常新的。教室可能只如半亩方塘大小，清水也只能作有限的展示，但在地下，活水连接着一个无限的海洋。活水不断，常教常新，此一境也。

听一堂好课，就是在和许多高尚的人交流。交流就是走出个人狭小的圈子去看远近高低各不同的山峰。交流不是去嘲笑别人，提高自己；也不是抬高别人，贬低自己。而是要找到自我，找到自信。这样，一座自我的山峰便逐渐亮丽。诗的后两句改为：“不识庐山真面目，只愿身在此山中”更好。此二境也。
