1、听力部分15分：虽然试题难度不大，但是听句子选图片，图片模糊不清，影响了学生答题，因此学生在该部分的得分率不是很高，而且学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，而低分则太低。但是听对话和听短文选择正确答案，还是有一定的难度的，学生的听力理解水平还有待提高。

2、单项选择15分：难度适中且知识覆盖面大，大部分同学得分较高，但是第11题大部分同学没有做出来。

3、完形填空10分：难度较高，超越了七年级的阅读理解能力，对学生的综合能力要求较高，所以得分率较低，主要原因是学生理解文章不透彻，阅读能力差造成的。

4、阅读理解20分：难度适中，有不少同学得到满分20分。阅读理解第一篇是个表格式，要求学生能够准确迅速地获取信息，同时，也要对单词提出更高的要求，要求学生能在短时间内迅速把握单词的意思。第二篇短文比较容易，从短文中可以直接找到答案。

5、完成对话，选句子补全对话5分：这题的难度系数较高，全般就一人得到满分5分。大部分同学只得了2分或3分。

6、填写单词10分：难度适中，考题中的单词都复习到了，且都强调到了，但得分率一般，主要原因是学生不够细心，该变形的没有变形。

7、根据汉语意思完成句子10分：难度适中，大部分成绩好的同学都得到8分以上，有好几个同学得到满分，但两级分化严重，有的同学竟然一分也不得。出错率高的是13题，好多同学hero 的复数加s 而不是es。另外还有14题也有很多同学失分，get ready for 没有用现在进行时。

8、书面表达15分：该题对于学生来说是最难的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，两极分化最为严重。

三、学生分析

存在问题：

1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但大多数学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较杂碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。

2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。

3、差等生在班级中所占比例太大，并且他们对英语知识的掌握也极为肤浅。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。在练习时，很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

4、加强听力训练。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，听力理解能力的提高不是一朝一夕能改变的，而是长期的不间断训练的结果，因此要保证每天让学生至少听力训练20分钟。

2、阅读理解题重点考查学生的对英语词汇、语法综合感知理解能力。由于学生平日缺乏专项训练，加上对词汇不掌握不扎实。失分较为严重。

3、句型转换题型的设置是为了考查学生对英语词汇、固定短语的、词的语法状态的掌握情况。从整体来看，大部分学生掌握比较好，得分高。个别学生完成差。

针对目前学生英语学习的现状，我们一定要注重课堂45分钟的效率，要确保每个学生都能做到对知识的巩固、灵活运用和独立解题能力的培养。结合实际，我们具体计划如下：

1、加强基础训练，扩大学生词汇量。在各种考试中，基础知识都是考查的重点。我们对词汇、短语、句型和语法等基础知识的教学，不能仅仅停留在让学生机械记忆阶段，在加强对单词、短语的听写和背诵的同时，应注重把词汇教学融入特定的语言环境中，强调对基础知识的理解和运用。

（1）采用灵活多样的方式，重视词汇教学。

单词是初中阶段教学的重点，只有打好了词汇的基础，才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。在词汇量较大时，教师要把握好教学的尺度，重点检测基础词汇，对不同类型的单词，可以有不同的要求，避免学生负担过重，失去学习英语的兴趣。可以适当补充一些构词法的知识来帮助学生记忆单词。

（2）创设语境，加强基础语法知识的教学。

语法知识是为使用语言服务的，现在考查使用语言能力的题目越来越多，尤其在语境中的考查，已经成为一种趋势。这就要求我们在教学中要善于在语境中教授语法知识，让学生掌握在不同的语境中使用的不同的语法知识，而不是单纯地教授死的语法规则。

2、加强学生阅读能力的培养。

阅读能力的提高是长期训练的结果。教师在平时的教学中教师除了把握好阅读课课型外，要有意识地加强学生阅读能力的训练与培养，要多选用内容健康，时代感、思想性、知识性、趣味性较强的短文，要教会学生略读和扫读等方法，通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，拓宽学生的知识面，开阔学生的视野。

3、加强书面表达的教学。

书面表达是一个薄弱环节，教师在教学中要注意英语习惯的表达法及其思维训练。在课堂教学中，教师要按照“句--段--篇”的训练程序，由易到难，循序渐进。通过采用汉译英、课文仿写等不同方式，训练学生的写作，增加语言知识积累。同时要重视对作文的评讲及优秀范文的分析，从而提高学生的写作能力。
