论文题目：建筑工程施工合同汉英翻译实践报告
摘要：随着依法治国观念的深入以及中外经济交流日益频繁,法律合同扮演着重要的角色,法律翻译显得日益重要,法律翻译研究的重要性也随之凸现。建筑工程施工合同翻译属于法律翻译范畴。它一方面对发包人和施工承包方两方应有的权利、应承担的义务及责任进行了约定,另一方面为监管施工、保护各方利益等提供可靠保障。建筑工程施工合同语言严谨,用词准确,包含大量专业术语,文体特征鲜明,故对此类文本的汉译英翻译技巧的探讨具有实用价值。本报告以建筑工程施工合同中译英为例,采用纽马克文本类型理论作为理论指导,探讨翻译过程中出现的难点和可用的翻译技巧。笔者从词和句两个层面分析作者在翻译工程合同过程中所使用的翻译技巧,以期为建筑工程施工合同翻译研究乃至法律翻译研究领域做出一点贡献,也希望本报告能为其他译者的同类翻译实践提供借鉴和参考。
