论文题目：《插图本西方哲学史》（第二章）英汉翻译实践报告
摘要：本次翻译实践以Anthony Kenny的专著:《插图本西方哲学史》的第二章作为源语文本,对翻译实践中哲学概念和逻辑的翻译问题及解决方案进行总结。该源语文本主要包括古代哲学、中世纪哲学、近代哲学、大陆哲学、分析哲学以及西方政治哲学,记载了西方哲学发展的历程。源语文本属于信息类文本,蕴含了丰富的哲学主体信息,以哲学思辨为显著特征。本报告在生态翻译学的指导下,从"多维度适应"和"适应性选择"的角度,着重分析了哲学词汇、句式、隐喻、逻辑、文化差异、文化表达等六个方面的翻译。笔者结合哲学语境和文化信息,灵活运用引申、省略、转换、解释等翻译技巧来深度挖掘出哲理逻辑,保持源语和目标语之间的生态平衡。该翻译实践对合理认识和对待现代西方哲学,对我国哲学和科学、文化事业的建设与发展有重大启示作用。通过本次翻译实践,笔者得出了以下结论:一、哲学文本的哲理隐含了丰富的逻辑思维路径,表现了主体和客体的显著特征,对其翻译应以在译入语中实现真实可靠的哲学历史信息为首要任务。在生态翻译学的语义层面,进行适应性选择转化,深入破解一词多义和错综句式,进行哲学范畴归类。二、源语文本中哲学隐喻的翻译,首先应该在生态翻译学的交际维度,实现西方哲学概念源域和目标域之间隐喻概念的对等,对容易产生歧义的隐喻符号进行转换,力求哲理逻辑通顺,实现哲学跨文化交际。三、哲学文本中的特有的文化符号,反映着相应政治历史的进程,中西思维范式的差异直接影响着译入语读者对西方哲学的认知。在生态翻译学的文化维度,在保证源语信息真实并充分传递的前提下,通过转化外域文化符号来适应目标语的文化习惯,缩短中西哲学交流之间的距离。
