论文题目：大学生跨文化交际中文化移情能力的培养研究
摘要：外语教学界广泛认为社会文化教学是外语教学中不可或缺的一部分。社会文化教学除了包括言语行为和非言语行为在内的普通文化外,还包括更深入的政治、地理、历史、文学等正式文化。但长期以来,学生平时除了记忆单词、语法和句子外,对于不同国家的文化的学习仅限于表面层次,对更加详细具体的正式文化缺乏重视,这就造成了学生对于不同国家文化的认识出现混乱的现象,导致在跨文化交际中缺乏自信,影响了跨文化交际的顺利进行。文化移情能力是跨文化交际系统中最为重要的组成部分,它是直接影响跨文化交际的质量、效果和进程的关键因素。文化移情是交际主体在跨文化交际中,为保证不同文化之间顺利沟通而进行的一种心理体验,感情位移和认知转换。这种移情能力是建立在对交际伙伴的文化有深入和多方面了解和理解的基础之上的。近年来,越来越多的外语教学和研究人员意识到了将语言教学与文化教学有机结合的重要性和必要性,但多数研究都集中在如何提高跨文化交际能力或文化习得方面,鲜有人将跨文化交际能力细化到文化移情能力上并与社会文化的习得结合起来进行研究。本文以跨文化交际学的相关理论为基础,研究非英语专业学生的文化移情能力和社会文化习得的实际状况,并以此为基础提出培养学生文化移情能力的建议。本研究的对象是东北林业大学非英语专业2017级的学生,共142名,主要工具是Chen＆Starosta制定的跨文化敏感度量表和王振亚制定的社会文化测试卷以及社会科学统计软件SPSS22.0,收集到的全部数据都被输入计算机并用软件进行分析。本研究有三个研究问题:（1）当前大学生文化移情能力的现状如何?（2）在跨文化交际过程中,哪些因素会影响到大学生文化移情能力的发挥?（3）如何培养大学生的文化移情能力?通过数据等分析研究得出结论:大学生文化移情能力的培养需要提高其文化敏感度和文化适应力。文化移情与社会文化的习得是互利的关系,对英语国家的社会文化掌握的越多,就越有利于提升文化移情能力;反之,具有越高的文化移情能力的人,就越容易习得更多英语国家或地区的社会文化。该研究有助于教师了解非英语专业学生对于英语国家的社会文化的掌握程度以及他们的文化移情能力状况,从中发现影响他们进行文化移情的因素,在课堂上恰当地调整教学方式,重视对文化的传授,让学生能在保持英语学习的兴趣的同时又能收获自信,形成良好的英语学习氛围,在提高文化移情能力的同时更能提高跨文化交际能力。
