how 的用法

How 的本领有多大?

1.how 用在问候语中。如:

How do you do? (你好!)这是初次见面时的问候语,答语也用How do you do?

2.how用来询问身体健康状况,意为"怎么样"。如:

3. how 用来询问做事的方式或手段,意为"怎样"。如:

How to define Happiness? Good evening, it is a great honor for me to have a discussion with my honorable audiences and teachers. And today’s topic is “How to define Happiness?”

When this topic first comes to me, various ideas occur to me. For religious people, happiness is to obey god’s decree. For the poor, happiness is to earn enough money to support their living or have just a loaf of bread. For the rich, happiness is to spare some time accompanying their family and have a rest. For the old, happiness is to have their grown-up children home and share a dinner with them. For me, happiness lies in every corners of my life, so long as I have an open mind towards my life. Smile appears when I am reading an fascinating book, when I go swimming with my dear friends, when I learn to cook, when I travel to an undiscovered place. This reminds me of a travel to Foshan. We didn’t plan to stay there for long. But when we reached Foshan, we were shocked and overwhelmed by the spectacular scenery and the highly-civilized atmosphere there. Then we chose to abandon the leaving bus and took another bus to Nanhai, to Nanfeng Guzao, to Foshan University. We together shared a room and had fun visiting so many places, which both broaden our horizons and expand our social network. This experience tells me that happiness is not about spending a big sum of money or hanging around with a large group of unknown friends, is about the inner fulfillments. When we finally decided to abandon the bus and try something new in Foshan, when we search for a suitable hotel for us to live, that is quite a struggle, but at least we experienced and we learned.

And Eleanor Roosevelt once said: “Happiness is not a goal, it is a by-product.” We didn’t plan to be happy during the travel, but we step out and manage to experience more, then happiness appears.

For now, my biggest happiness must be going home and see my mom, because my hometown is far away and I seldom have a chance to go home. And mother’s Day did remind me of many fun times I spent with my mom. Happiness in all is love, naivety, hope, hare, nature, food, sleep, ordinary life of the ordinary people, home, friendship and ease. It is like a butterfly, which, when persued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you.

There are 3 main points to consider when launching a new shop:market research,funds and registration.

First ,market research is the key to launch a new shop.you must know what people really like and and provide people with what they really need .only in this way can your shop become popular among customers.

Then you must have enough money.except the money used in purchasing goos and decorating the facade ,you should equip youself with liquidity for a rainy day.

Last but not least, you have to register your shop as early as possible,which is a security.Only when your shop have Legal benefits can you run it smothly.

It’s important to stay healthy because you can do noting with a bad body.Different people usually have different ways to stay healthy. In order to stay healthy,we need some common knowledge .

First of all,I think that people should always take exercise .There are many kinds of sports , such as swimming,running and dancing.But the sport what I best like is basketball.Regular exercise can help you keep from getting fat. Secondly, you’d better eat vegetables and fruit instead of unhealthy snacks.You can also drink a lot of milk,it can help your bones become stronger.Finally,you should be in a good mood every day.

In conclusion, if everyone can stick to what is mentioned above, keep a balanced diet,have a good mood everyday and take regular exercise, then you will be perfect and healthy.

Nothing is more valuable than health. It is the foundation of one’s future success. Generally speaking, a healthy person can always be energetic and enjoy his life and achieve what he hopes for in his career. On the contrary, poor in health, a person can not achieve much though he is well-educated. Then, what should we do to maintain and enhance our health and do you know to keep healthy? Let’s start in three aspects------keep a balanced diet, give up bad habits and take regular exercise.

Firstly, keep a balanced diet. Scientific research shows us how a balanced diet is made up-----a pyramid. The lowest floor shows us the main food we need at least 300g everyday. Like, bread, rice, noodle etc. The second floor contains vegetables and fruits which are full of vitamin C and vitamin E and other nutrition good for our health. We should eat it more than 400g in our diet. The third floor has meat, fish and egg that we often eat in our daily meal. But we should be cautious about these foods and eat less than 100g. The fourth floor which is soy-based food and dairy products which is easy to get us fat for its high caloric. 70 g is enough. The top floor shows oil and salty products we should eat only 30g or 50g at most. If each meal we eat following this balanced diet, eating healthy, I believe we can be healthy and keep a nice figure.

Secondly, give up bad habits. As we know, drinking too much is harm to our stomach; smoking is bad to our lung. It also reported that every year more than 110 thousand people was poisoned then killed by alcohol in China and more than 3.5 million people in the world are killed by diseases because of smoking. So we should drink less and stop smoking. As a teenager, we often stay up to prepare our next day examination or play computer games that not only cost our time but also kill ourselves. We should give up these bad habits and make a balanced schedule to keep a good state.

Finally, take regular physical exercise which is essential for a relaxed mind and body. Taking frequent exercise, can improve and balance the function of your heart and lung, prevent osteoporosis, burn the flab, enhance metabolism and strengthen

immunity, relieve pressure of study or work. For example, yoga can improve your rate of breath by calming down your mind and body, and get rid of distractions and tenacity to concentrate on certain item. What’s more, it help you keep a perfect figure by strengthen your arm and get every joints of your body active and relax your body. Now, this kind aerobic activity is popular which include swimming, riding, jogging and yoga etc. So, let’s join sports to keep fit.

In conclusion, if everyone can stick to what is mentioned above, keep a balanced diet, give up your bad habits and take regular exercise, then you will be perfect and healthy.
