A Brief Instruction to the topic of

I come from Shangyuan Middle School in Nanjing.Today I‟m going to talk about the topic” What should I do?”I will divide the instruction into seven parts: they are Teaching material Analysis, Teaching aims, Teaching emphasis, Teaching difficulties, Teaching methods, Teaching aids and

Part 1 Teaching material analysis

This period is from Unit 3 of 9A Oxford English. First of all,I‟d like to talk about my understanding about this lesson.We have learned Star sings in Unit 1 and Colours and moods in Unit 2.We have also learned how to write a formal recommendation letter and how to write a report on the moods of people in last two units.Today we are going to learn two letters to a famous youth worker about Millie‟s and Simon‟s problems.So this unit links with a special meaning of Unit 1 and Unit 2.This period is the first lesson of Reading.The main idea of the topic is how to express their problems and ask for advice.We are going to learn the ways to deal with problems and stress in following lessons.So this p

eriod is very important in this unit.

Part 2 Teaching aims 1.Aims of the knowledge:

(1)To know the spelling of some words and usage of some phrases.

(2)To learn something about Millie‟s and Simon‟s problems.

(3)To grasp the main idea of Reading and use the information to talk to others about one‟s problems and how to deal with them.

2.Aims of the ablilities:

(2)To improve the ability of retelling the story.

3.Aims of the emotion:

(1)To understand how to write about problems and to express feelings.

(2)To ask for advice to solve the problems.

In this topic,I will use five-step Teaching Method and Task-based language Teaching.I design some tasks to help the students learn.I think if I want to improve the students‟ oral English,I should give them enough chances to practice and I will use pair work,group work to let the students take an active part in all kinds of activities.That is “Learning by doing,learning by using”.Let the students be the masters of the class teaching,thus,student-ce

我报考的是20XX年高中英语教师资格证。我的测试号是XXX号。今天我说课的内容是高一英语English around the world。以下我将从说教材,说学情,说教法学法,说教学过程,说板书设计等五个阶段来完成我今天的说课。

(一) 说教材

(1) 教材的地位和作用:本课节选自普通高中课程标准实验教材必修一第二单

元的内容。本文主要讲的是英语的发展和英语的种类。而学生作为英语语言的学习者,有必要较为深刻地了解英语语言的一些相关信息。减少学生在今后英语学习中的一些障碍。所以说本课在书中有着非常重要的作用。

(2) 根据对教材的理解和内容的分析,我将从三个方面来说明教学目标:知识,

技能和情感三个方面。

确定该重点的依据:单词及语法是学习理解这篇课文的首要因素。

确定该难点的依据:同学们对英语发展并不熟悉,让他们了解英语对生活和学习都至关重要。

(二) 说学情

假设今天我教授的是南昌市某所普通高中高一年级的学生。对于英语,学生在经历了小学初中的英语学习之后有了一定的了解。但是对英语的发展情况,英语的种类,各种英语类型形成的原因,他们知道的不多,需要进一步了解。

(三) 说教法学法

教法

(1) 采用问题引导教学法,激发学生主动参与的热情。

(2) 采用分组讨论教学法,使学生在讨论的过程中加深对知识或课文内容的理

解。

(3) 学生采用快速阅读的方法,训练学生的阅读速度。

(4) 学生采用精读的方法。帮助学生逐字逐句认识单词,短语,并掌握文章大

意。

(5) 采用练习巩固教学法,使学生能够对所掌握的东西加以灵活运用,举一反

(1)Lead-in:

我将以头脑风暴的方式向学生提出一系列与本文有关的问题作为今天课堂的导入。问题如:

3.Do you know the differences between British English and American English?

4.Do you know the history of English?

因为这能使学生在开始阅读之前,在头脑中对文章内容进行预测。而且带着问题去阅读,能提高阅读的效率。

(2)Fast-reading: 让学生在经过快速阅读之后,能概括出文章大意。并且要他们找出每段的关键句或要求学生用自己的话概括每段大意。此环节进行中,我将全班同学分成五组,并要求每组派代表发言回答问题,这样可以调动全班积极性,增强学生参与的热情。最后我将给出答案供学生对照参考。

各位领导老师:大家好

我说课的题目是初中英语第三册第50课,本课为口语阅读课,整个说课我将分三部分进行讲述,即教材分析、教学环节的设计、教学程序。

一、教材分析

(一)教材的地位和作用:

第50课以详实准确的数据围绕本单元的中心话题----当代人类最关注的人口问题,对学生进行了深刻的人口教育,不仅在本单元占据主导地位也是训练学生口语表达能力的良好素材。根据新课标对学生交际能力的培养尤其对学生口语及阅读能力的要求不断提高,以及我校要突出英语优势打造枫叶品牌的实际情况,我将本课设计为一堂口语阅读课。

(二)教学目标的确立和依据

为了不仅要完成正常的教学任务,还要有效地培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,确定如下教学目标:

1、知识目标: 熟练掌握数词的表达法。

2、能力目标:a.有效提高阅读速度和理解材料的准确度 b.能自如表达本课重点话题人口增长问题。 c.能灵活运用所学知识并展开丰富地想象力流畅地表达其他相关内容。

3、情感目标:

通过一些有力地事实、数据和图片使学生深刻地认识到人口问题的严重性,使他们意识到我们只有一个地球爱护我们的家园人人有责!

(三)重点和难点

1、重点:根据新课程标准对阅读能力的要求,我确定本课重点为提高学生快速阅读的水平。我采用英语趣味教学法,采取图片导入、方法解析和逐步检验的方法使其掌握快速阅读的技巧。

2、难点:口语水平的提高。我班的学生都来自公立学校,长期以来,传统的外语教学注重书本知识的讲授,忽视交际能力的培养使许多学生不敢开口、羞于在人前表达因而口语薄弱。我通过创设引人入胜的情境和师生共同讨论、记者采访专家等新颖方式,以及不断鼓励的方法突破难点。

二、教学环节的设计

学生具有无限的潜力,需要教师适时、适当地引导。通过设计有效问题激发学生的兴趣使他们始终处于主动寻求知识去学习而不是被动地接受知识的状态,让学生发挥其主体地位使其真正成为课堂的主人

三、.教学程序

1、课前对话:

师生问候之后,让学生两人一组围绕数字进行自由对话。每天3-5分钟口语练习时为了提高学生的交际能力,新课标指出口语是在人与人交流时即兴脱口而出的,会话双方都必须对听到的语言快速做出反应,才能使谈话继续。同时由于口语具有很强的交互性,合作学习的成效对口语水平的提高至关重要。这些都要求为学生的口语学习创造必要的条件,提供良好的训练。 给学生展示这样两幅图片:

一个平衡的杠杆上,一些人在左,我们的地球在右;第二张图上左边新增的人使杠杆不再平衡。之后问学生:看了这两幅图,你会想到什么?又是什么引发了这个问题?学生会表达一些自己的见解,这时不论他们的见解是否正确都要给与鼓励和表扬,然后问学生:是否知道每一天每小时每分钟每秒钟全世界会新增加多少人口?学生会很有探究答案的欲望,这时很自然地让学生打开书去阅读50课的文章STANGDING ROOM ONLY 并找出我给出的这张表格的答案

本单元以music为中心话题,让学生学会用定语从句谈论自己所喜爱的艺术,学习表达自己的爱好。从结构内容上说,定语从句是初中阶段必须了解的一种句法结构。本单元将通过一系列的练习来达到学习目的,完成学习任务。共需要七个课时。本课时所进行的是基本的句型结构和部分听力练习,是整个单元的双基——基本和基础。其重点任务是导入新的语言, 因此,这一节课我分为两个部分:第一部分引入定语从句的学习;第二部分围绕I like music that I can dance to. 这一话题展开思维(1a)、听力(1b)、口语(1c)训练进行授课,最终完成本课时的教学任务。(二)教学目标根据《英语课程标准》的教学理念,教材特点以及学生的实际情况,将本课时的教学目标确定如下:

Let‟s speak、listen、communicate even play games actively. 第二个板块:说教法由于英语是一门综合性与实践性相结合的科目,根据本文内容,结合新课标,本课主要采用任务型教学法、情景教学以及多媒体计算机辅助课堂教学,充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,把学生吸引到活动中去,并激发他们主动参与学习的欲望,努力培养学生的自学能力,适当安排自学、小组交流、全班讨论、游戏、竞赛等活动,鼓励学生勇于说,乐于说,提高运用语言的能力,使学生在更轻松更愉快的环境下实现更多的信息交流,真正做到快快乐乐学英语,扎扎实实打基础。 第三个板块:说学法在本节课的教学中,我通过引导学生自主参与学习、交流合作、实践和自主探究的学习方式,注重学生实际与课文文题的结合,激发学生学习兴趣,使他们自主地寻找信息,获取信息,使用信息,激发学生潜能,使学生在自主与合作的学习方式中获取知识,形成正确的学习方法,实现英语能力的提高。 第四板块:说教学程序步骤1①用多媒体向学生出示几张动物图片,引导学生make a conversation: “A. What kind of animals do you like best? Why? ” “ B. I like…because…, How about you?” “ A: …”请同学对话表演后,师适时用含有定语从句的句子归纳总结。如:“Oh ,I see, A likes animals that are friendly best but B likes animals that are clever best.”②用多媒体出示中央电视台四位著名主持人的图片及要求“They are famous hosts in CCTV. Do you know Who they are? Which one do you like best? Why? Make up a conversation with your partners.”在学生对话交流后,师再与两生对话,并引导学生们说出 “B likes the host who is humor but C likes the host who is smart.”等之类含有定语从句的句子。步骤2通过以上练习,使学生对定语从句有了初步的印象,然后趁热打铁,通过图示I have an apple.An apple is red.

I have an apple that is red. 定语从句修饰先行词an appleI like the friends. The friends like sports.

I like the friends who like sports. 定语从句修饰先行词friends使学生对定语从句的构成有了进一步的了解,在此基础上,出示定语从句的rules(包括定语从句的构成、关系代词who/that的作用以及关系代词在从句中做主语时,定语从句中的谓语动词应与先行词在人称上保持一致的规则)。通过以上教学环节的设计,既激发了学生的学习兴趣,又循序渐进地巧妙突破了难点。步骤3为了帮助学生更好地理解定语从句的rules,再出示几幅图片及含定语从句的图片说明,然后安排一个智力抢答的活动。要求用定语从句把下列的每两个句子重组成一个句子。

1、The man is my brother. He is standing under the tree.步骤4以 “Do you like music? What kind of music do you like best?”的问题过渡到下一环节的教学。再用多媒体出示配有乐声的pop music、jazz music、country music、dance music、classical music的图片,然后开展“我唱你猜”的小组游戏活动。即一个学生哼出自己最喜爱的音乐旋律,小组的其它同学猜出该学生最喜爱什么类型的音乐。步骤5用多媒体出示配有声音的课本1a中的画面,用鼠标点图中的人物便自己说出:“I like music that isn‟t too loud.” “I love music that I can sing along with.” “I like music that I can dance to.”学生听后,师问:“What did they say? Can you say them in Chinese?”再引导理解prefer这个词的意思及用法,并请学生用prefer说句子。步骤6 引导学生完成听力练习1. Listen and check the kinds of music. Tony and Berry like.步骤7Pairwork: Talk about the music you like. 为了拓展学生的思维,帮助学生更好地表达,师可利用多媒体补充出示一些句子,如“I like music that is written in China.” “I like music that sounds sweet.” “I like music that we can easily sing along with.”等。步骤9Homework: Please finish a task. 第五板块:说教学效果纵观整节课,我主要通过创设教学情境进行师生互动、生生互动,充分激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养英语学习的积极态度,把情感、态度与价值观目标的实现融合在知识与能力、过程与方法目标实现的过程之中,努力为学生进一步学习英语打下坚实基础。That‟s all. 一、说教材1.教材简析。本课共有两部分内容,其中第一部分是以中秋节为话题而展开的一个对话。它主要讲了Han Mei和Lucy简单谈论有关中秋节和月饼方面的知识,并邀请Lucy到她家作客的过程。在这个对话中出现了如autumn和festival等十一个新单词以及几个学生难以理解的、需教师解释的词、句型和句子。第二部分内容是两人在商店为朋友买月饼的一个情境,谈话内容是从月饼表面的样子的好坏、大小、轻重和价钱等方面展开的。其中出现了形容词比较级的用法,它要求学生根据图、词和句子提示创造性的对话。 2.教学重点。(1)指导学生掌握和熟练运用那些难以理解的词、句型和句子,如cakes with meet...(2)指导学生口头熟练表达就中秋节这一话题展开的对话内容,包括第二部分的购物经过。(3)形容词比较级的用法。3.教学难点。学生根据实际情境需要真正开口讲英语。4.教学目标。(1)技能目标。学生能听懂本对话录音,能听懂师生之间就本对话内容而展开的、切形式的问答,会和别人展开对话,了解和传递信息;能就本课语言难点造句,而且无语法错误;能就类似话题,创造性地自编对话;掌握形容词比较级的用法。(2)知识目标。学生要牢记所有新学单词,包括重点字母或字母组合的发音,还要记住新学短语、句型、难句及本对话各句的英语表达,为实现自如讲英语奠定基础。(3)情感目标。学生要爱学英语、爱说英语、想说英语,对英语学习投以极大的兴趣和热情。(4)学习策略目标。改变传统的死记硬背,积极主动地投入到语言的实践中去,包括听、说、读、写的实践。在实践中提高语言的综合使用能力,加深对基础知识的掌握和记忆。(5)文化意识目标。使学生进一步了解和会简单向别人介绍中国这个传统节日,从而体会节日的快乐。

二、说教法对本课我主要采取了如下几种教法:1.听录音。听音是英语学习的重要方法,也是课堂教学的重要步骤。在听中可以感知,可以模仿。2.重点解释,个别操练。在每一堂教学中,学生总会遇到一些难以理解的词、句型、短语、句子或某一语法现象。如本课出现的形容词比较级的用法等都需要教师个别解释甚至创设语言情境进行操练和举例,以扫除自由交际过程中的“拦路虎”,为语言的进一步学习奠定基础。3.指导学生展开情景对话。教师可以和任何一个学生对话,其他学生静听。4.学生独立操作。首先要求学生根据师生示范独立对话,随后叫几组分别站起来表演。在整个教学活动中,我还采用了投影仪、挂图、卡片、实物等,对顺利开展教学活动起到了很好的辅助作用。

三、说学法我所采用的教法有助于学生掌握如下学法:1.养成听的习惯。学生要经常听录音,听教师讲英语,听同学们讲英语,这对学好英语大有好处。2.科学储备大量知识。学生不掌握丰富的知识就不可能进行很好的语言交流。所以学生必须了解语言规律,掌握丰富的词汇,熟知语法规则,会熟练表达由各个话题而展开的交际内容。3.及时巩固,反复记忆。凡教师在课堂上所讲到的语言难点,学生应及时整理,再次认识并积极使用。经常复习4.积极操练,重在口头。在课堂上,学生要积极参与教师设计的每个教学活动,要大胆开口,创造性地说自己想说的话。课后和其他同学及时进行英语交流。只有这样,才能将书本知识变成自己的知识和语言能力;

四、说教学程序1.复旧引新阶段。教师和学生进行简单的问候,如:Ss: Good morning, teacher!T: Good morning, class!之后,就上单元的话题和学生展开对话:T: We won‟t have any lessons this afternoon. I‟m going on a field trip. Would you like to go with me?Ss: Yes, we do.T: Where are we going?Ss: We‟re going to the mountains /rivers / hills...T: What do you think we‟re going to do?Ss: We‟re going to have a picnic /discuss the air outside...教师可根据当时的情况和学生继续多谈几句,交谈的思维要顺着学生的思维展开。之后,老师问道:T: Do you know what day is tomorrow?Ss: Yes, we do./No,we don‟t.T: Now let me tell you. Tomorrow is Mid-autumn Festival. We‟re going to have a big dinner. Would you like to come to my home to eat something?Ss: Yes, we‟d love to.到此引出新学课文,教师说:Now let‟s learn Lesson9. 之后板书“Lesson9”。2.熟悉语言阶段。(1) 学生看着书听一遍录音,初步了解对话内容。(2) 教师领读或朗读一遍,同时板书本课新学单词。(3) 教师指出每个新学单词重点字母及字母组合的发音。(4) 创设情景,攻克语言难点。(5) 学生可再听一遍录音,此次需合着书进行。(6) 分角色表演对话。3.情景交际阶段。(1)教师可按照上面教法中讲到的交际方式和学生对话,要照顾到不同位置的学生,最少可进行

本课话题来自学生的生活经历,学生在初一已经学习了许多动词短语,为表达提供了语言基础,此外,学生已初步掌握了用祈使句和Can you…?/Can I…? 提出请求和建议, 为本课的学习打下了铺垫。活动设计的话题从谈论家务---对家务的看法(好恶)---父母和孩子之间承担的家务---- 社交、休闲活动等生活的各个方面,各任务层层递进,与学生的生活紧密相连,又是学生饶有兴趣的内容,为表达提供了真实的材料,使得学生在各个活动中想说、有话说,使活动参与的范围广,达到任务的真实性,有效性。在学习中学生受到爱的教育,学会爱父母,爱家庭,爱劳动,学会如何与人交往,学会表达自己对事情的看法,使他们的个性得到张扬。

一、教材分析

本单元的核心教学项目是“谈论现在的情况”(Talking about the present),整个教学内容主要围绕“正在干什么”这个话题展开,以此为语言背景,让学生通过4个课时的学习感知,初步掌握本单元的语法项目--现在进行时的用法。本单元的一个突出特点是:功能项目与语法项目是的统一的。功能项目是用现在进行时来描述,它的语法项目是以功能项目为依托的。前一单元的学习运用Can情态动词时,学生复习掌握了大量的动词词汇为本单元学生掌握进行时打下了良好的基础。本课是本单元的第四课,它是本单元的复习课没有新的语法要点。但它通过问答,对话表演及阅读等活动,巩固学生运用现在进行时表达实际需要的技能

二、根据教材的前后联系和意图以及英语课程标准的要求,我认为本课的教学目标是:

1. 语言知识:掌握单词Wear及Clear

2. 语言技能:培养听说读写能力,尤其是说的能力,能与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务,并能运用现在进行时独立表达个人思想观点,为将来的写作打下良好的基础。

四、教法学法:首先老师应始终保持饱满的热情,让学生得到身心享受,在生动直观的语言环境中学习新语言。根据本节课的教材和初一学生好奇心强,思维活跃的特点,以及新课标的要求,我主要采用了任务型教学,这种学法,更有利于发展学生的综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度,主动思维和大胆实践。

五、教学程序

1. 课前热身:让学生们边说边做动作。这段Chant联系了两个内容,一是现在进行时,二是We‟re having a party. We are happy. 这两点都紧扣本课的两个要点。

2. Revision: Are you happy? Let‟s do something happy and funny. Let‟s play a game. What are you doing? I‟m cooking, cooking. 全班分为四组,每组代表轮流提问:what are you doing ,下一组任何一位同学快速回答I‟m cooking, cooking.并做相应动作。这一游戏不仅复习了大量的动词和进行时,也让学生逐渐在比赛中趋向兴奋的状态。

3. Presentation: I‟m happy today, Do you know why? Because it‟s my birthday today.把学生的注意力引到我的身上。Look at me. What am I wearing today? I‟m wearing a skirt. I am wearing a sweater.引出今天要掌握的单词wear与句型I‟m wearing…,然后提问What are you wearing? What is he /she wearing? 学生刚开始回答时可能会用I am in …..?但回答过几轮之后他们就能够正确运用Wear这个词了。

4.Read and act. 提问: What is Lily wearing? Part 4 Lesson 84,听录音,回答问题,然后Listen and repeat. Practise in pairs . 从Presentation到这儿,可以说都是任务前的准备,然后布置任务。Show the pictures of three pop stars. Suppose one of them is your friend. He‟s from Taiwan. He‟s lost. You can‟t find him, practice in pairs, make up a dialogue. Let your partner help you find him. Act it out.要求他们用上句型 What is he/she wearing? 这是一个两人合作的任务,学生很自然地运用课文第四部分的对话,并加上自己的想象,通过描述衣着来判断哪一个是对方的朋友。该任务的难度不大,是面向全体的。学生通过顺利完成任务,增强了自信,提高了兴趣。任务的难度应该是循序渐进的,这样才不会使学生被突如其来的困难吓倒,让他们在心理上有一个准备和适应的过程。揭示三张图片,露出三位台湾当红艺人,学生对他们非常感兴趣,遮挡的脸更刺激了他们的好奇心,使他们产生了强烈的参与和合作愿望。可以说这是教师在“投其所好”,但学生是教学的主体,多考虑主体的需要对我们的课堂教学只有好处而无不利。同时我们也要不失时机地进行思想教育,三位艺人虽然红透半边天,但他们也付出了辛勤的劳动才有今天的成果,我们也应该认真学习,为将来做准备。

6.Who has good eyes

接下来进入第二个游戏环节,let‟s see who has good eyes.通过闪烁的图片让学生抢答猜测,运用句型Are they playing……?/Is he/she running? 通过完成该任务,复习了现在进行时的各种句型。

7.Who has good memory

游戏三,比记忆力。I‟ll show you two pictures, there‟re some people in them. What are they doing ? What are they wearing ? There are some differences between them, find them out as quickly as you can. 该任务可以说是上一任务的延续,上一任务只让学生一句、一句地讲,这一个任务自然地要求他们两句或更多地表达,这为最后整个场景的描述一步一步打下基础。

8.Who has good ears?

I‟m thirsty now. I‟d like to drink some water (drinking ).Look, the water is very clear. I can see you through it. Show the colour page, listen to the tape, answer the question: What are the cats doing ? What do they want to do ? then open the books, read the passage loudly yourselves, then ask somebody to come to the Bb. Listen to the tape and point to what you hear in the picture. 9.Who has good mouth?/Who is good at talking?

通过上一任务的练习,学生了解如何进行整篇文章的描述,接下来他们就要进行实践。Talk about the picture .该任务是本课的总任务,也是本课的最终目的。四人一组讨论手中图片,最后推选一名代表起立描述。

总之,整节课我坚持以学生为中心,以培养学生的自主学习,合作探究为目的,以任务型学习贯穿始终,通过完成任务,不断地促使他们学习英语,提高他们的英语水平。
