论文题目:语义和交际翻译理论视角下科技英语口译研究 ——以2021三星发布会为例

摘要:随着全球化的速度不断加大,科技产品的发展方兴未艾。电子产品发布会是宣传科技产品最直接、最有效的方法之一。科技英语口译在电子产品发布会中扮演着不可或缺的角色。近些年来,越来越多的口译研究者从不同的角度对科技英语口译进行研究,但从语义和交际翻译理论视角对科技英语口译的研究较少。语义和交际翻译理论为科技英语口译的研究开辟了另一个新的视角。语义翻译和交际翻译是著名翻译家纽马克对翻译理论的主要贡献,这两种翻译方法在当代西方翻译理论中占有非常重要的地位。本文基于语义和交际翻译理论,以2021年三星发布会的英中同传版本为语料,对科技英语口译进行研究分析。本文分别从语义翻译理论和交际翻译理论的原则出发分析三星发布会的科技英语口译。除此之外,还总结了三星发布会口译中运用到的口译技巧。本文运用定性分析法研究相关实例发现:(1)语义翻译理论的原则在三星发布会口译中具有可行性。由于科技英语口译的技术性等特点,要求口译员要客观的传达出演讲者的真实语意。保留原文的语言形式和风格能够表达出演讲者的思想感情。(2)交际翻译理论的原则在三星发布会口译中具有可行性。由于三星发布会的目的是帮助消费者获取到产品的最新信息,要求口译员尽可能的从目的语受众的角度去准确传达演讲者的意图,从而获得更好的交际效果。(3)在三星发布会口译中可以运用增译、省译和转换的口译技巧。在原文中进行适当的增加、删减以及改写能够提高科技英语口译的质量。口译员必须要结合科技英语口译的特点,灵活地运用相应的口译技巧。本文通过从语义和交际翻译理论视角对科技英语口译进行研究,希望对未来科技英语口译的研究有所帮助。
