论文题目：《先进的医药保健方法和技术》翻译实践报告
摘要：随着改革开放,翻译的重要性也日益凸显。医学作为人类文化的重要组成部分,在这样的时代背景下,也离不开翻译工作的支持。目的翻译理论认为翻译是一种有目的的文化转换活动。为了能忠实准确地翻译医学语言,译者要同时兼顾源语的文化内涵和目的语读者的思维方式。笔者以目的理论为基础,分析了《先进的医药保健方法和技术》医学语言的特点,根据其不同的特点采用合适的翻译原则和策略。依据“目的和忠诚”的翻译原则,翻译策略包括音译、直译、意译、直译（音译）加解释、逆序译、化零译、化整译。依据《先进的医药保健方法和技术》的语言特征和中西方文化差异,笔者从译文目的、忠实和通顺从原文的角度分析医学语言翻译原则和策略使用的不同场合,为更好地把握《先进的医药保健方法和技术》医学语言的翻译原则和策略提供一定的参考,也有利于借鉴外国的先进理念和技术经验,提高我国的医学水平。
