论文题目：多媒体教学在小学英语听说课堂中的作用 ——以西安高新国际学校为例
摘要：作为培养学生英语听说能力的主要途径,小学英语听说课堂中存在很多问题,这阻碍了学生听说能力的提高。幸运地是,一些研究者发现多媒体教学对英语听说课堂有很大的作用,并且能有效提高学生的英语听说能力。然而,有关多媒体教学在小学英语听说课堂中的作用的实证研究很少。因此,作者对多媒体教学在小学英语听说课堂中的作用展开实证研究,以此来探讨多媒体教学对小学英语听说课堂的潜在的作用及其作用大或有限的原因,从而提高多媒体教学在小学英语听说课堂中使用的效率。本研究以西安高新国际学校为例,采用问卷调查,观察和访谈的方式对选取的210名学生和23位英语老师进行了调查。调查结果显示多媒体教学确实对小学英语听说课堂有很大的作用:能激发学生的学习兴趣;创造良好的课堂环境;增强老师和学生以及学生之间的互动;提高课堂教学效果。但同时在其使用过程中也存在一些问题:老师受技术限制制做课件困难,查找资源费力费时,过度依赖多媒体教学等,从而限制了多媒体教学对小学英语听说课堂的作用。对于多媒体教学对小学英语听说课堂中的作用及其在使用过程中存在的一些问题,作者同样探讨了其原因。其作用大的原因有:老师和学生对多媒体教学持有很好的态度,并且老师能很好地使用和实施多媒体教学。其作用有限的原因有:一些老师在设计多媒体课件时没有考虑学生的需求,设计和实施多媒体教学时不够专业,在使用多媒体教学时不能合理安排时间等。针对多媒体教学中存在的问题,作者也给出了一些建议:老师应该接受更多有关使用多媒体教学的培训,加强合作与学习的能力,增强收集与分享资源的意识,提高合理分配使用多媒体时间的能力。
