论文题目：《水与生态环境》汉英翻译实践报告
摘要：本文是一篇汉译英翻译实践报告,所翻译的内容是水利专家刘树坤等人编著的《水与生态环境》一书中的第五章第七节水生态环境建设。本篇翻译报告主要以韩礼德和哈森的语篇衔接理论作为指导,以《水与生态环境》节选内容为语料,在进行文本翻译实践后,分析研究语篇衔接理论在汉译英信息型文本翻译实践中的运用。本篇翻译报告还对此次翻译实践的整个过程进行了回顾与概括总结,简要介绍了翻译材料的相关背景,通过分析翻译例句来展现语篇衔接理论中的语法衔接和词汇衔接在翻译文本中的应用。本篇报告总结了以下三个翻译难点:第一,原文中连接词,重复词汇和专有名词的翻译;第二,长难句和无主句的翻译;第三,由于文化差异,一些典型的汉语式表达难以充分翻译出来。翻译过程中具体结合语法衔接中的照应,替代,省略,连接四种衔接手段和词汇衔接中的词汇重述,搭配两种衔接手段在汉英翻译中的应用来实现忠实原文,贴近目标读者,增加译文可读性等目的。以此为基础总结得出:在翻译过程中,要结合前后语境,综合运用多种翻译策略和手段来达到译文的连贯通顺。结合具体的语篇衔接手段,通过原文和译文分析对比,研究汉英互译中语篇衔接手段的差异。本篇翻译报告有以下三个发现:第一,进一步提高了语篇衔接理论在汉英信息文本翻译中的应用价值;第二,在衔接理论的指导下,采用不同的翻译方法,提高了目标文本的翻译质量;第三,为其他译者在翻译类似的信息文本时提供实际参考经验。
