Do you have the appreciation that you will ascend the summit of success, filling up with fight, and no saying renounce, when you aspire to bring out something extremely?
In fact, this is a category of effectiveness that is called“Being proactive”.I maintain that being proactive can enhance e person’s appetite to be successful. With the function of the appetite, whoever you are, the chance that you succeed will increase greatly. Thus, only when we are active in doing what we want to do will we gain success.
The reason why I say “Being proactive is able to assist us to tend towards success” is that being proactive plays a critical role in our daily life.
To be specific, initially, when faced with a gigantic challenge, like crossing a mountain, which you think you can’t overcome, you won’t or dare not do so. Actually you may overcome it assuming that you are proactive. Last year, I took part in an activity that aimed to raise money for a charity school. And there was a vacancy for a propaganda principal, which I thought suited everyone except me. As I hadn’t tasted the savor of being a leader, so I was extremely tense and afeard. At that time, it was being proactive that stimulated me to under take the responsibility. As a result, I overcame my terror.
Moreover, being proactive enables to deflate the distance between
those people who do well in life and us. With the help of being proactive, imperfect as we are, we also advance in our study. In some aspects, it is adequate. What I say above are that I digest from the activity. By taking such a meaningful activity, I am aware of what were real important and what we should do.
Eventually, sometimes we can benefit from being proactive. For example, at the very beginning of the activity, no one gave us donation and I was doubtful why we didn’t gain money. Then I found it was because our propaganda was too boring that people were not attracted by us. Hence I increased the interest of our methods. As was expected, the active way engendered a apparent effect. 人才培养有两个秘密武器：
秘诀一，CEO上任的第一件事，就是让最好的人才在最好的环境条件下得到培养;
秘诀二，人才培养有很多环节，包括选用、企业文化、公司机制体制等，每一个环节你都要做好并教会别人。
如果一家企业管理者是一个不重视、信任人才的人，引进再多的方法，找再多的HR也没有用。
“复盘”是在岗位锻炼中提升能力的好方法。在联想，无论大事小事，每做完一件事都要复盘，通过复盘让员工成长，提升组织能力。通过回顾目标、评估结果、分析原因、总结经验这四步法，得出结论，做出改变。
我们跟很多管理者说，第一，要在内部建立一个开放的环境;第二，想一下你的责任在哪里。如果一把手不去深刻反思的话，那你什么时候能够改变呢?
过去联想集团管理者都是跟员工开大会，国际化以后，我们要求每个管理者要定期跟直接下属，甚至是隔级下属一对一的谈话。有些话是不适合在大会上说的，一对一的谈话更能令人敞开心扉，同时，也能够表示你对这个人的尊重。
在企业里，每个人的问题都是独特而重要的，所以企业培训也一定是个性化、移动化的。培训课程的移动化是发展趋势。
所以在联想我们提出一个理念，就是基本需求平台化、个性问题定制化、重点问题精细化。
真正的人才靠愿景留下来
为什么有些企业总是招不到人、留不住人?人往往在去一家企业之前，都会打听这家企业老板的风格、企业的氛围等等，再作出决定。所以，企业的价值观、企业文化是非常重要的。
从企业成立之日起，企业文化就开始有了。创始人的所作所为、一言一行
都在树立自己的文化。企业文化某种意义上就是创始人的文化、一把手文化。
构建企业文化包括四个层面，最核心的就是价值理念，然后再慢慢延伸到制度层、行为层、物质层。

一个人精通一件事，哪怕是一项微不足道的技艺，只要他做得比所有人都好，那么也能获得丰厚的奖赏。如果他集中精神，坚韧不拔，将这门微不足道的技艺使得异常精湛，他也将有益于人类并应为此得到报偿。只要确立自己的人生目标事业目标生活目标生命目标，把它们永远铭记在心。只有全心全意地寻找，才会有所发现，否则生命也没有任何特殊的意义。并非只有蜜蜂才在花丛中飞舞，然而却只有蜜蜂将花粉收集起来酿成蜂蜜。我们是否从多年的学习中以及年少时的辛苦中获得了丰富的经验并不重要，因为如果我们踏人生活时，对未来没有一个深思熟虑的想法，那么可以肯定，幸福不会降临，那种可以使我们的机遇也不会发生了。
人们常常说，我们要树立高远的目标，但是我们必须千里之行，始于足下。仅仅有远大的目标是不够的。箭发于弓，直中目标，从不偏离轨道，寻找别处的靶子。雷霆万钧敌不过瞬息爆发的一道闪电。只要一心一意向着一个目标稳步前行，百折不挠，一定不会失败。这就好比用玻璃聚集起太阳的光束，那么即使在最寒冷的冬天，也可以燃起火来。
最弱小的人，只要集中力量于一点，也能得到好的结果，相反，最强大的人，如果把力量分散在许多方面，那么也会一事无成。小小的水珠，持之以恒，也能将最坚硬的岩石穿透;相反，湍流呼啸而过，了无踪迹。
加油最好。不管什么时候不要忘记学习，也不要忘记自己的目标
一个人的人生，要走的永远是自己的路，不管你的路有多曲折，有多么的坎坷，都是你前世所注定你要走的道路，也许有的朋友不会相信，但是你如果知道你前世所有的一切，你就明白是你自己的选择，也许你的选择在今生是个错误，但是你别无选择，所以你是别无选择。
人生的道路有许多的坎坷，不是一条通往光明之路，有痛苦，有伤心，有无助，也有面对一切所不能忍受的，这就是生活。但是生活中确实有许多美好的东西，有些时候你不会看到它的本身的色彩，如果你用这一种方式感受不到的话，不妨换一种方式去感受，也许它正是你所需要的那种生活方式。千万不要放弃生活，你放弃了它，生活也就放弃了你，人生贵在的是感受，会感受才会有幸福，在生活中如果你感受的多了，那你才会感受到生活中的美好，你才会知道你在前世所选择的是今生的最正确的人生路。
在生活中你会感受到许多的坎坷和，许多的事情并不是你不行，而是你没有勇气去尝试，其实如果你尝试了，也许就会成功，不去尝试的话，永远都不会知道你会成功。歌德说过：那些是你的梦想的，那你就要去做，去尝试，去努力，去。
人生的道路永远都是美好的，你的梦想也都是最真的，也许所有的梦想在现实生活中，经不起现实的磨砺，也许当所有的期待都会像泡沫一样在现实中破裂，那时你也许会失去对生活的勇气，也许不甘心在平平淡淡中生活。如果你有了生活的勇气，那你就在生活中就会知道，平淡和贫穷并不可怕，可怕的是丧失了对生活的勇气和信心。
风可以吹走了春天，但是它吹不走春天的种子，失败可以暗淡昨天的努力，但是阻挡不了辉煌明天的到来。当你走过一条条坎坷的道路后，当一个个憧憬破灭后，只要不让风把那通往那扇成功的大门，只要不让风把心中的那盏明灯吹灭，只要我们不把抛弃，那生活就不会抛弃你，那扇通往成功的大门永远的为你敞开着。

第五篇：初中生励志文章：励志成才
强烈的药水味儿，洁白的被单有些叫人害怕，姥姥的病房里挤满了人，每个人都在哭，哭得那样悲凉。我快步走进去，直奔姥姥的床头，大喊：“姥姥，我来了，您可以安心走了。我一定好好学习，励志成才。姥——”姥姥突然缓慢睁开眼睛，冰凉的手紧紧握住我的手，点了点头。一瞬间，老手与小手渐渐分开，这一画面永远定格在我的心中。
从此“勤奋学习，励志成才”成了我对姥姥一生的诺言。
为了考上一个重点中学，我经历了许多。那年夏天，聒噪的蝉鸣不停但打不破我励志的梦。我去书店买下了所有小升初复习资料，回家后抓紧每时每刻时间都在题海里遨游。重点难题题型，我都用电脑上画图的工具画在电脑中，又在电脑上建了一个“难题文件夹”，一道题一道题往上打。
考试前五天，我信心满满，我知道灰姑娘蜕变成公主的秘密不是水晶鞋，而是执着的精神与永不言败的信心。我在算术本上写下了勤奋学习，励志成才“八个大字，并在下面写上“我一定会考上理想的中学”，算了算同样的话写了五十多遍，也在心中默念了五十多遍。
“功夫不负有心人”，我立下的誓言，许下的心愿一切都成为了现实。那一天，我来到姥姥的坟头，第一次流下热泪，不是不坚强，而是对姥姥的思念与成功的喜悦融合在了一起。我知道这是一小步而已，我还需要做许多许多，要励志成为祖国的栋梁之才!
