第二天，开开心心的吃中午饭，快吃完的时候，爸爸用着略带微笑的语气说：“饭是吃完了，谁把碗端过去。”我说：“让我来”。于是一个一个把碗叠好后准备端了，这个时候爸爸说：“儿子，碗要一根手指在上面捏住边缘，另外几根手指捏住底部，整个手成c形状。”我说：“无所谓吧，怎样端不都一样。”爸爸说：“反正不准把碗摔了。”我不耐烦的说：“嗯”。
于是我按着自己的方法端，结果就在厨房门口办碗摔碎了。爸爸“咚咚”的走过来又因为他喝了酒更显得生气于是他像狮子一样咆哮说：“怎么跟你说的，嗯?跟你说了怎样端碗，你还不听。给我去面壁思过。”我站在墙上，心想“不就是摔碎了几个碗吗?用的了这么生气吗?一个碗碎了大不了在买吗!”过了几分钟我看见爷爷弯下腰，仔细的捡起了每一片碎碗，在小心翼翼的放进垃圾桶里，我恍然大悟，这不是爷爷辛辛苦苦赚钱买的吗?我怎么把他给摔碎了。
这个时候太阳出来了仿佛蕴含着幸福我想我不但不听话，还打碎了碗，真不应该。我还是去道歉，就算被打一顿也无所谓了，那样我还能的到教训，这样就是健康成长吧，于是向爸爸承认错误，爸爸说：“以后再也不要犯这样的错，去玩吧。”
到了现在我对‘阳光下健康成长’有了更深的了解：阳光是幸福的，美好的，快乐的。健康是没有坏毛病健康度，所以我要美好幸福健康的成长!
